Sewing and selling baby clothes made easy! Commercial license - MIDI usage extension - for sewing patterns from Patternforkids

Upon full payment of the purchase price, you receive a simple and non-transferable right to use the Patternforkids sewing patterns for private purposes, without any geographical or temporal limitations. In particular, it is not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or display the sewing patterns in accordance with copyright law.
Any use beyond this, especially commercial use, requires a separate written agreement (license).

Would you like to use a Pattern4kids sewing pattern commercially in your shop or at markets?
With the additional purchase of the extended usage rights, you are permitted to use the relevant pattern, provided you credit our name.

*Patternforkids*

You can also use it commercially. This allows you to sell the finished sewn items.
Pattern4kids offers three commercial license models for small businesses:
1. MINI for 10 Euros: License valid for one pattern and 1 year – maximum 15 sewn items per year.
2. MIDI for 20 euros: License valid for one sewing pattern and 1 year – maximum 30 sewn items per year
3. MAXI for 30 Euros: License valid for one pattern and 1 year – maximum 50 sewn items per year

The license applies only to the person named in the extended terms of use, namely the purchaser. Only this person may sew and sell the licensed Pattern4kids sewing patterns under their own name/label and with attribution to us. Copying and distributing the sewing pattern is not permitted. The license is non-transferable and non-refundable.

License duration
The license period begins on the 1st of the month following the purchase of the extended usage rights. The license expires after one year. Shortly before the license expires, we will inform you by email, and you can purchase a one-year extension if needed. Otherwise, the license expires after the aforementioned period, and the right to use the software is revoked.

License for combination and savings packages / sets
The commercial license extension only applies to a single sewing pattern / ebook!
For combination and savings package offers, a separate license extension is required for each individual product in the package.

Acquisition of the license
After purchase and receipt of payment, I will send you the license extension as a PDF file to the specified email address.
The license extension must be signed and returned to Pattern4kids by email or post.

Copyrights
All rights under copyright law remain with Pattern4kids / Alessia Altimari.
The acquired license must be clearly visible in the product description of the respective offer, including the license number and the mention/link of the author Pattern4kids.
