Withdrawal Policy for Digital Content

At Patternforkids we offer exclusively digital content (PDF eBooks, PDF sewing patterns, and PDF instructions) for download.

No right of withdrawal after download / provision
For digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract (i.e., once the download is made available), after you have:

  • expressly agreed that we may start performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and

  • confirmed that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal.

This consent/confirmation is obtained during the ordering process.

Refunds / exchanges
Returns or exchanges are generally excluded for digital downloads once the download has been made available.

Exceptions (goodwill / technical issues)
If a download does not work for technical reasons (e.g., corrupted file, link issues) or if the wrong item was assigned to you by mistake, we will assist you promptly (e.g., by providing the file again or correcting the issue).
