Shipping Policy / Delivery Terms (Digital Products)

(1) Prices / VAT
All prices in our online shop are net prices. Due to the application of the German small business regulation (Kleinunternehmerregelung), we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it.

(2) No shipping costs / no postal delivery
We sell exclusively digital products (eBooks, PDF sewing patterns and PDF instructions) for download. Therefore, no shipping costs apply and no delivery by post takes place.
The total price of the order (without VAT and without shipping costs) is displayed in the order form before you place the order as binding.

(3) Provision of downloads
After successful receipt of payment, the digital content will be made available immediately:

  • the download link is available on the order confirmation page and/or

  • the download link is sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please also check your spam/junk folder if necessary.

(4) Partial deliveries / delivery times
Partial deliveries and delivery times for postal shipping do not apply, as no physical delivery is made.
