For Patternforkids patterns, you receive a simple, non-transferable, spatially and temporally unlimited right to use the patterns for private purposes upon full payment of the purchase price. In particular, you are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or display the patterns within the meaning of copyright law.
Any further use, especially commercial use, requires a separate written agreement (license).

You can also use it commercially. This allows you to sell the finished items.
Patternforkids offers three commercial license models for small businesses:
1. MINI for 10 euros: License valid for one pattern and 1 year – maximum 15 sewn pieces per year.
2. MIDI for 20 euros: License valid for one pattern and 1 year – maximum 30 sewn pieces per year
3. MAXI for 30 euros: License valid for one pattern and 1 year – maximum 50 sewn pieces per year ** This offer applies to the MINI license**

The license applies only to the person named in the license extension, namely the purchaser. Only the purchaser may sew and sell the licensed Patternforkids patterns under their own name/label and with our name. Copying and distributing the pattern is prohibited. The license is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Duration of the license
The term begins on the 1st of the month following the month in which the usage extension was purchased. The license expires after one year. Shortly before the license expiration date, we will notify you by email, and you can purchase a license for another year if needed. Otherwise, the license expires after the above-mentioned term, and the right of use expires.

License for combination and savings packages / sets
The commercial license extension is only valid for a single pattern/ebook!
For combination and savings package offers, a separate license extension is required for each individual product in the package

Acquisition of the license
After purchase and receipt of payment, I will send you the license extension as a PDF file to the email address provided.
The license extension must be signed and returned to Pattern4kids by email or post.

Copyrights
All rights under copyright law remain with Patternforkids / Alessia Altimari.
The purchased license must be clearly visible on the product description of the respective offer, including the license number and the mention/link to the author Patternforkids.
